Conditions of
Hire
Grampians Event Hire (the Company) shall not
be liable for any damage or loss caused to any person, property,
animal or things whatsoever, arising from the carriage, use or
handling in any way of the goods here-by hired even though such
loss may result from the negligence of the Company, its carriers
or agents, and the Customer will indemnify the Company in respect
of any claims for such loss of damage. All prices are for one
hire only unless specified.
All articles should be returned clean and dry,
otherwise additional charges will be incurred. The customer is
responsible for the goods hired from the time of their leaving
the Company’s premises until their subsequent return. All
damages and shortages occurring during that period will mean the
Customer incurs additional costs.
Please check all goods upon delivery for the
number and conditions. The Company accepts no responsibility unless
notified within 24 hours of delivery.
The Customer acknowledges receipt of goods
listed on invoice, and agrees to the conditions specified hereupon.
